Comments on the William Cobbett libel case, decided in Rush's favor. Speaks of medical issues to his fellow physician, mentioning the diseases of that winter being treated freely by the lancet. Speaks of his 102 pupils, and sends his best wishes to "the pivots of my system in Baltimore."
